| Job Description: |
Responsible for reviewing the reports of accidents incident’s as well as to prepare and publish (internally) each year a review and analysis of the accident / incident record of the section over the previous calendar year.
•Keeps a database detailing Health and safety training courses attended by staff members.
•Carrying out annual site Health and Safety audits with the relevant section manager.
•Making the staff members aware of this procedure for ensuring that supplies of the Health and Safety comments form are available and for ensuring the prompt processing of any forms submitted .
•Ensure that safety checks are carried out and recorded annually on all ladders and portable appliances
•Ensure that the correct protective equipment for the performance of a task is available and in safe and serviceable condition
•Ensuring that assessment of the risks to the Health and safety of all employees and all visitors that may visit the site, in whatever capacity are carried out and recorded.
•Ensure that the workplace is environmentally safe and safe working methods are adopted with specific instructions where necessary.

Skills Required:: |
Capable to solve all the problems and introduce new solutions.
•Long experience in communicating with public in both sectors governmental and private.
•Keeping good relations with personals holding positions in many different government’s departments.
•Hard worker with strong personality.
•Capable working with windows and Microsoft office “ Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet“
