Our clients are an international insurance broker who is seeking for an Expat Sales Manager.
To develop & deliver Sales strategy to support the achievement of strategic objectives, evaluating current opportunities and identifying future opportunities that support the delivery of overall objectives
To lead, drive and develop the Sales Force, conducting regular performance review to ensure high levels of achievement, engagement, personal development and a succession plan across all key areas and roles.
To make key contributions to the Management Team beyond his/her specific functional responsibilities, including delivering strategic co-ordination and enhanced ways of working across the organization.
To provide coaching and training insurance technique to sales force to ensure a professional and high quality service brought to customers
To develop new business (cross-sales existing customers included) in visiting, consulting and providing insurance services to corporate customers.
To play a key role in the cross functional agenda, driving forward improved ways of working and enhanced customer service levels within current operational efficiencies

Skills Required:: |
Strong leadership skill, excellent sales management, result-oriented, long-term commitment, proficiency in English, be able to communicate in French would be an advantage.
Proven track of sales achievement in non-life insurance.
At least 5 years at the same role with multinational companies (preferred in corporate sale) or 2 years in non-life insurance. |
