Report To: Director of GIS Department
Responsibility
- To be the team leader of the process department, in charge of the process procedure planning of a specific product line and ensuring consistent improvement.
- Responsible for developing new processes in the product engineering.
- Support the establishment of an advanced system for mechanical process management.
- Ensure the development and standardization of the engineering process smoothly and efficiently.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience focusing on engineering processing; experience with high-voltage switchgear is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant processing design, e.g. PFMEA, industrial engineering, etc.
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
- Good leadership and management skill
- Ability to operate on a multi-cultural team.
- Ability to use English as a working language and oral Chinese is a plus
