| Job Description: |
• Projects Manager - Ref-PM-001 Interior designer/ Interior Architect with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with ability to:
- Prepare project plan for each project, determine all requirements for accomplishing projects in time frame.
- Direct and coordinate activities and delegates tasks for projects personnel
- Prepare projects reports to manaement, clients or others
- Supervise the execution and quality of works in both factory and site.
- Animate projects meetings.
- Visit site regularly
- Supervise and coordinate contracting works.
- Supervise work progress against the work program.
Educational Background needed:
- University degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent
Technical knowledge required:
- Proficient with AutoCAD and microsoft applications
- Knowledge in MS project or Primavera or similar management software.
- Good knowledge in joinery and wood details.

- Excellent communication skills
- Possess leadership skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and in time restraint. |
