Job Title : Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: Fulltime
1) The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will work to architect a business intelligence solution in support of strategic clinical and financial operations.
2) The primary responsibility of this position is to gather and analyze data in support of creating a strategy and vision around data storage (data warehousing, OLAP, data mining), information delivery(dashboards, portals, scorecards), and reporting.
3) The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will interface with all levels of the organization to access the needs of the business and work to develop a technical solution through the use of advanced reporting tools and database structures.
4) The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst must demonstrate the ability to lead cross functional teams and show an ability to translate sophisticated analytics into terminology that can be easily understood by business owners.
Requirements:
A) Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Business with IS concentration, or clinical discipline such as Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, etc.
B) Experience with core systems supported including Lawson, API, and Epic
C) Advanced experience leading the development and design of applications or reporting systems.
D) Advanced experience with database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.
E) Experience leading OLAP schema design and data transformation. Expert knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Microsoft Reporting Services.
