| Job Description: |
• Software design, development, implementation & testing of IVR system & services
• Modifying, updating , creating and maintaining all IV/SMS/MMS system & services
• Responsible to create all related documents for all IVR/SMS/MMS Services
• Software development for all VAS Services which involved a 3rd party using VB or
VB.Net applications and their interoperability.
• Database administrator and maintenance for all IVR systems & services
• Responsible to coordinate technically with vendors, partners and/or operators for specific VAS or assigned project
• Responsible of making all VAS related reports &/or statistics for the company
And/or partners and/or operators
• Providing & implementing new type of VAS solutions to the company
• Maintaining & handling the MMS platform.
• Database maintenance and administration.
• Involved in TV channel for developing and implementing IVR related services as well as other 3rd party services involved
• Resolving technical issues with Operator and/or Providers
• Conducting application research for better or/and new services or solutions.
