*SAP Certified
*Experience in SAP ECC version 6.0
*Minimum 5 years of real functional working experience in OM,
Personal Administration, Payroll, Benefit Administration and Time Management (real expert level of experience in any one of these 5 areas)
*Experience with SAP HR/Payroll implementation (preferably in
public sector or educational environment)
*Experience in providing mentoring and knowledge transfer project teams (application users, technical users and end-users.)
*Proven experience with SAP Concurrent Employment
*Proven ability to provide strategic guidance within an
enterprise software implementation
*Working knowledge of XI/PI, ABAP, Portal, Workflow, BW,
NetWeaver within the HCM module.
*Ability to communicate with all levels of an enterprise include
but not limited to technical staff, business process owners, and
executive management
*Ability to follow, monitor and recommend adjustments to project plans based on established PMO methodologies Proven experience with role-based security
*Provision of proprietary Tools, Reports, and other SAP
Accelerators
Candidates need to be
mostly functional but should be able to handle the technical stuff as well. They will only work as consultants and not do any technical stuff.
This is a contractual job with a contract of 6 months to 18 months. Pls quote your expected bill rate with availaibility as the project start in July.
