Essential Functions:
• Financial Accounting and reporting for Crude Oil Pipelines
• Reconcile and provide appropriate financial management reporting for all
• Monthly revenues associated with the transportation business segment
• Assist with the coordination of audits and quarterly reviews
• Develop and/or update financial, governmental and quarterly/annual statistical
• Reports to meet the business requirements
• Coordinate with accounting, operations and commercial departments to obtain or
• Support information in the financial statements
• Supply quarterly FERC 6 information to the reporting department
• Assist in special projects as well as the automation of manual reporting
• Provide accurate explanations with regards to monthly and quarterly
• Transportation variances
Qualifications:
• 2 - 5 years experience in audit, accounting, or financial reporting, preferable in the energy industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function in a team environment and the ability to produce results under a tight deadline
• Proven financial and reporting analytical skills
• Self motivator
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Applications is essential
Education:
• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
