| Job Description: |
Purpose of Job
To deliver the following tasks in line with Company policies, objectives and procedures, meeting all quality, health, safety and environmental objectives.
• Responsible for managing or contribute to one or more West AU project simultaneously from definition to handover of completed asset to the holder and or maintainer.
• Responsible for managing or contribute to West AU Field Requested Plan Change (FRPC) project from initiation to handover of completed asset operation/maintenance.
• Responsible for managing and contribute to providing the technical support & solutions to West AU.
Principal accountabilities
• To manage and contribute to the WTI/CPRA project and complete the tie-in of the HC wells within the target period and budget.
• To ensure / implement all HSE and ISO 14001 requirement as a high priority in all engineering phases / activities.
• To manage and contribute FRPC projects within planned budget and schedules.
• To manage and contribute to the technical support & solution to operation & maintenance team to optimise the plants operation & production.

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications
Required
Degree & equivalent engineering qualification.
Preferred
Qualified engineer with good multi-discipline engineering knowledge.
Competence Required
Experience
A qualified discipline engineer with a minimum of 6-8 years experience in design and construction in discipline relevant to the project.
Training
• Relevant surface facilities engineering.
• Leadership and negotiating skills to balance the conflicting priorities of the project matrix team and contractors to produce solution in the best overall interest of BSP.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
Special Abilities
• Full understanding of HSE management principles and their applications in BSP.
• Working knowledge of all relevant BSP HSE regulations including procedures, guidelines and work instructions.
