Family Support Worker
Healthy Families is a home visitation program for pregnant women and families with newborns. This program seeks to prevent child abuse, promote positive parenting and link the family to a medical provider and community resources. Ongoing home visitation is provided for the family until the child is ready for school.
In this position, you will provide weekly home visiting services to participants and their families who are enrolled in the program. This position supports and promotes the parent/child relationship; while also promoting positive health outcomes for the child by tracking development, immunizations, well baby visits, and emergency visits.
If you are empathetic, personable, have excellent verbal and writing skills, and have a positive attitude, we want to talk to you!
We have positions available in Middletown and Newburgh!
