My client is searching for a Financial Controller to take control of the overall control of the finance function and the strategic financial development of the company.
Reporting directly to the shareholders/Directors the role is focused on supporting the Executive Directors on all financial matters
Responsibility for overseeing the finances and the accounts department
Provide hands-on operational leadership of, and accountability for, the company’s financial management
Provide a full range of financial management information
Develop management reporting and analysis, controls, processes and procedures to ensure the continued growth and development of the company
Develop a best practice function which provides an excellent financial management infrastructure
Ensure that the financial systems and controls maintain good financial governance throughout the company as well as overseeing all areas of risk
Provide effective strategic financial management
Budgeting and forecasting.
You will be part qualified CIMA / ACCA with 4+ years experience in a similar role.
Ideally you will live locally.
Salary £40k – £60k
