•Development of General and Project Specifications and Data sheets
•Preparation of Material Requisitions and concise reconciliation
•Technical Bid Evaluations, participation in technical bid clarification meetings
•Review of Vendor design documentation and approval of Vendor Prints
•Monitoring and guidance of contractor on equipment installation activities
•Monitoring and control of contractor on site preservation activities
•Review of all electrical / instrumentation related contractor raised site queries
•Verification of the mechanical completion activities
•Verification of electrical / instrumentation pre-commissioning activities
•Monitor and report on progress of electrical / instrumentation installation, hook-up and commissioning activities
•Realization of electrical and instrument inspection and punch out
•Responsibility for coordinating contractors electrical / instrumentation technicians on site activities
Other Conditions:
Start date: ASAP
Salary Range: 3500-4500
Project Duration: 4 months

Skills Required:: |
•Higher technical education by specialty on Electrical/Instrumentation Controls Engineer
•More than 5 years at the relevant position in Oil & Gas industry
•Familiar with the standards and materials used for Oil and Gas projects
•Computer literacy - Microsoft Office
•Good command of Azerbaijani and Russian, English is preferable
