Running the Drilling Services Programme
Carrying out on-the-job assessments in the field
Developing and maintaining the curriculum, assessments and Standard Operating Procedures
Teaching all aspects of drilling engineering including casing design, drilling performance analysis & benchmarking, directional well planning, BHA design, drill system (inc. rig) design, torque & drag advanced analysis, anti-collision, survey program design, well control fundamentals
Other conditions:
Salary Range: min. 80,000 USD per 6 months

Skills Required:: |
Relevant Qualification in an engineering/technical subject
•Significant relevant industrial experience in oil well drilling, work over, well servicing
•Minimum of 4 years training delivery experience
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
•Previous experience of training using a drilling simulator desirable
