Whether you are currently employed, unemployed or under-employed, if you have the right contacts, you can easily convert those relationships into cash. 1st Solution USA is a Dallas, TX-based contingency staffing firm that is focused exclusively on the Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) and specializes in Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Electronic Medical Records (EMR) staffing markets. Our principals have a combined 50+ years` experience placing highly qualified, thoroughly vetted professionals in areas of Information Technology (I.T.).
If you have solid contacts inside hospitals, physician practices, MCOs, integrated healthcare delivery networks (IDNs), or EMR/PM system vendors all we need from you is a successful introduction --- we will do the rest. As a Lead Generator, you will need to identify a specific Healthcare Information Technology job(s), and schedule a phone appointment between your contact and one of our Partners. Once you make the introduction, we will follow up, sell our services, work with your contact to fill their contract or permanent staffing needs, and then pay you for the referral. It`s that simple.
The introduction process can be as simple as:
“Bob, I understand you are looking for (any healthcare IT related position). I’m familiar with a company, 1st Solution USA. They can very likely help you. They have a TON of experience in healthcare IT staffing, and they are great people to work with. The two principals are Kimberly Bowden and Kris Mosley. May I have one of them call you? Great! When would be a good time?”
For direct hire (permanent) placements, your payment will be $1,000 if our total placement fee is more than $10,000. If the fee is less, we will pay you $500. You will be alerted to the amount of the fee the moment the placement is made. We should also be able to estimate how much your payment is once we have signed a contract with the client.
For contract placements, you will be paid up to $1,000; the initial contract duration must be at least 3 months for us to offer a referral fee.

This will be a home-office based opportunity based anywhere in the United States. In order to be considered, you must have current contacts and good relationships with the decision makers inside Hospitals, Physician Practices or other organizations with Healthcare Information Technology related jobs.
