Develop and implement market plan &company`s brand produt
Oversee shop outlets & sales
Explore new business development projects
Responsible for the budgets, planning and overall results of all MH pro-shop Products business;
Develop and implement market plan, and develop the MH pro-shop Products business potential by achieving sales target;
Develop, implement and achieve yearly revenue budget, namely wholesale sales, royalty revenue, revenue and OI, for MH pro-shop Products;
Direct products development that consistent with category plan and ongoing product quality improvement program;
Market development, lead factory out-let store and Sports-culture stores program in south region ,seek more new potential channel and site as well as comp. Store renovation;
Explore new business opportunity.

Skills Required:: |
„O Minimum 8 ¡V 10 years¡¦ solid experience in retailing industry relating apparel, gifts, accessories or golf shop business ;
„O Strong experience in apparel merchandising, marketing and brand development, retail outlet pre-opening experience is preferred;
„O PRC work experience is an advantage;
„O Be able to handle pressure;
„O Excellent command of written and spoken
English/Chinese
