Responsible to the Marine Operations Division Manager for the management and administration of the Fleet Services Dept.
Responsible to the Marine Operations Division Manager for the day-to-day management of the fleet and compliance to the applicable national and international rules and regulations.
Coordinate activities to ensure high standard condition and safe operation of Company’s owned and managed fleet.
Assist in the management, planning and business developing of the Marine Operations division activities

Skills Required:: |
a.Master Mariner Certificate of Competency
b.Master in command experience (Minimum period of 3 years)
c.Experience in marine fleet operations and or management
d.International and local marine rules and regulations updated knowledge
e.ISM-SMS knowledge and awareness
f.Good Managerial ability
g.Objective setting/objective achievement ability
h.Budget setting and control ability
i.Communication and presentation ability
j.Personal computer knowledge
k.Good overall character
l.Maximum age of 60 years
