| Job Description: |
Basic Function:
Assists the Marketing Group Head in strengthening each of the Business Disciplines by developing programs and courses that are responsive to the changing needs of the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Researches on the needs of various industries, sectors, and firms.
2. Conducts marketing intelligence on competitors` course offerings and pricing strategies
3. Supports and strengthens the process of conceptualization, development, and customization of courses that are responsive to the specific needs and requirements of the firms and industry sectors.
4. Makes recommendations about the positioning strategy and the specific target market segments / niches for each course.
5. Recommends pricing strategies for each course.
6. Provides direct support to each of the Business Disciplines in terms of:
* Setting up meetings
* Providing needed data and materials
* Rendering updates
* Keeping minutes of meetings
* Updating persons on developments
7. Updates, upgrades, and fine-tunes the courses in coordination with the respective resource persons.
8. Defines the specific features of each course that are beneficial to the corresponding target market segments / niches in terms of industry sector and position function.
9. Organizes and updates information on the following areas:
* Directory of courses, resource persons, and corresponding positioning & pricing strategies used
* Information Bulletin
10. Performs all other tasks assigned by the Marketing Group Head.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s / College Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Education or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills (written and oral communication)
3. Preferably with a minimum two (2) years working experience in a related field
4. Analytical and meticulous to details
5. Able to relate well with people from different levels and maintain relationships with clients.
