Basic Function:
Assist in the preparation of the logistic requirements of the courses
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with resource persons and suppliers on course requirements.
2. Encode presentation materials.
3. Photocopy handouts of participants.
4. Set-up room and equipment.
5. Perform all other tasks assigned by the Group Head.
Qualifications:
1. College graduate
2. Computer literate
3. At least one year work experience.
4. Fresh graduates with good scholastic records shall be considered. |
