| Job Description: |
Basic Function: Fulfill the transport and messengerial requirements of the Center.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. He must make sure that the Center`s service unit is well-maintained and in serviceable condition.
2. He should promptly report any delays due to breakdowns, weather or traffic conditions or other emergencies, or in the event of irregularities relating to pickup or delivery of staff and documents.
3. He shall assist in the delivery of basic services, such as but not limited to, preparation of lounge area/conference room (i.e. table setting, condiments service- coffee, cream, sugar, etc.), especially during days with training and meetings. He shall also maintain the cleanliness of the pantry area.
Qualifications:
1. At least high school graduate
2. Minimum of two years driving experience (with valid driver`s license)
