User Interface / Graphic Designer Internship

We are looking for a forward thinking, creative interface designer for our web app.
Project details:
We need to re-design the interface of our Hireability Dashboard. The Dashboard breaks down the components of a user`s web presence into the dozens of quantifiable factors that influence employers` hiring decisions. Our current interface does not meet the needs of our users.
Your role will be:
1. Work with the project leader to research, develop and communicate the interface for the Hireability Dashboard based on a thorough knowledge of UI technology, competitive products, and leading edge design concepts
2. Adhere to usability principles
3. Create UI mock-ups, design specifications, screen flows and user analysis
4. Develop fully documented designs that can be easily interpreted and implemented by software developers
Qualifications:
- Must understand and employ a user-centered approach and have an excellent track record designing web-based applications UI
- Expert knowledge of usability principles
- Experience conducting user analysis and usability testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of three years of experience designing web applications
- Strong experience with graphic image processing (Adobe Photoshop, .png, .jpg, etc.)
- Time difference of less than 3 hours from EST
- Native English speaker with strong communication skills
