This is an exceptional opportunity for an intelligent and creative individual to help architect next-generation Microsoft Windows infrastructure. The successful candidate will be able to conceive, build, and deploy systems management and automation technologies for a large number of Windows servers and Windows PC clients. The candidate will also need to be able to work on their own and will participate with large systems staff on significant design and research projects within the Windows environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop a Windows server environment for both the firm’s home office and global networks. Identify research, evaluate, and implement growing Windows technologies. Develop and implement automation and management tools.
Engineer application, database, and messaging solutions for the firm’s growing and changing Windows infrastructure

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with server applications in a Microsoft networked environment.
• High level of expertise in:
o Windows Server 2003/2008
o Exchange Server 2003/2007
o SQL Server 2005/2008
o Active Directory management
o Application distribution
o VMWare virtualization solutions
o SharePoint 2007.
• Proficient in systems programming and scripting
• Project management and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop tools to maintain and monitor corporate infrastructure
• College degree from a prestigious university
