Ideal candidate would be any Graduate must have experience in US IT Staffing with min 6 to 10 yrs experience in Handling Clients and getting Requirements.

Skills Required:: |
• Identifying prospective clients specialized into Technical Manpower Solutions and identifying prospective contract, contract-to-Hire and fulltime authorized employees for the clients.
• Screening, Coordinating interviews, Gathering detailed feedback from technical interviewers, Reference checks, Negotiating salaries, Extending job offers, Coordination of new hire orientations, Job postings, Creating and maintaining employee records.
• Accountable for the distribution of requirements among the recruiters, being the single point of contact for all IT requirements.
• Develop qualified leads from networking, employee referrals, cold calling, networking events and extensive use of the Internet researching techniques.
• Rate negotiation / and schedule interviews with Client. Source potential candidates through personal database, Internet resources, referrals and job fairs for positions.
• Coordinate with sub-contracting companies and obtain Non-compete / rate freezes agreement from them.
• Sourced and placed IT consultants on various projects with direct and preferred vendors, in various locations for the contract/permanent positions.
• Have a huge database of consultants and consultancy firms. Built up a pipeline of qualified candidates in the areas of ERP, .NET, Java, Oracle etc.
• Identifying and generating leads of prospective clients & opportunities in the market for Staffing services to explore and expand our clientele primarily in the areas of our domain expertise through various sales strategies like Internet Marketing Campaigns through Group Mailing / Mass Mailing and Cold Calling.
• Communicating with Hartford Insurances HR & IT departments for consulting sales.
• Manage Client Relations to continuously focus on the enhancement of operational performance and service delivery.
• Recruitment & Training of Team Members.
• Managing database of prospective clients & Consultants (resumes).
• Built excellent database of IT consultants, clients and vendors
