Experience a Sustainable Way of Life:
This eco village welcomes vegetarians or those who like to experience a vegetarian lifestyle. Within this eco-conscious community, you will learn about yoga, meditation, vegetarian cooking, organic agriculture, nutrition, different kinds of art and life philosophy. Volunteers work for 4 to 5 hours per day on sustainable activities in the village (i.e. organic gardening, eco building, teaching English, etc), and have the opportunity to participate in various workshops.
The project costs £9 per day for stays of less than 2 weeks or £7 per day for stays of more than 2 weeks. The fee includes accommodation, organic vegetarian food, and various activities (hatha yoga classes, meditation, music-therapy with oriental instruments, philosophical study programmes, etc) |
