| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, and coordinates operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.
Represents the Agency in the community to promote AAIs goals; Supports Agencys mission and work.
Implements activities and programs that meet Agency goals and objectives.
Directs, monitors and adjusts Agency`s processes and operations as necessary to ensure efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures.
Engages in grant management in association with key staff to ensure grant requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner.
Guides and directs management in the development and operational aspects of the organization`s services.
Regularly evaluates operating results throughout the organization to ensure that organization growth and objectives are being met, and reports these findings to the executive director.
Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and useful information flow within the organization.
Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
Serves as the Board liaison to the People & Operations Committee.
Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing agency operations.
Attends monthly meetings and other Agency meetings as directed by the executive director.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
Master`s degree required with a preference in a Non-Profit Management, MBA or related health field; or a minimum of 5 years experience in non-profit executive level management.
Experience supervising 6 or more staff members.
Experience overseeing program development and operations.
Experience with information technology systems of documentation and reporting.
A successful track record of collaboratively managing, building and supporting experienced, credentialed interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to articulate the mission, vision and work of the Agency to the public.
Knowledge of HIV/AIDS issues and related topics.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; must possess strong skills in public speaking
Data management experience is required.
Individual must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
