Bachelor or master degree in hotel and restaurant management, business administration or marketing with managerial skills or similar qualification with past managerial experience.
• Manager for Restaurant, bakery, pastry coffee shop and food court.
• 5 or 10 years experience in managerial post.
• Preferably presently managing and handling a hotel, first class restaurant or resort would be ideal for the job.
• A person having experience in setting up a restaurant or hotel & pre-operational experience is essential
• managerial experience in administration or marketing or sales or business
• Strong and leading personality, Strong strategic planning, business management skill and decision-making while managing multiple priorities
• Develop and implants a marketing plan
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, maintaining a proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management and employees
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Age between 28-40 years.

Skills Required:: |
• Able to set up, start, manage and operate new restaurant bakery, pastry and coffee shop court business independently.
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
• Follow directions thoroughly
• Understand costumer service needs
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Work with minimal supervision
• Ascertain departmental training needs and provide such training
• Direct performance of staff and follow with corrections when needed
• Motivate staff and maintain a cohesive team
Past Excellent and strong managerial post skills and Experience
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and Point of Sale systems
Knowledge of general accounting
Holding valid driving license.
Monthly salary of 1000 to 1500 US$
