| Job Description: |
The client has a need for a fulltime Concrete Finisher Foreman who will manage the operations preliminary to concrete finishing and driving equipment to transport personnel, equipment, and materials to the construction job site. In addition, this role will be responsible for supervising a finishing crew of 2-15 people.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others
• Read blue prints, make measurements, and set up forms preparatory to pouring and finishing.
• Move heavy objects (50+ pounds) long distances (greater than 20 feet)
• Operate trucks and equipment related to concrete installation and repair in a skillfull and safe manner

Skills Required:: |
Minimum Job Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License (CDL preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of Concrete tools, techniques, and practices; and concrete and cement mixtures and their elementary properties.
• Block laying and concrete pipe installation
• Possess the skill set of performing layout and reading blue prints.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent professional interpersonal & communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Must successfully complete a post offer Background Check and Drug screen
