Shipping and Receiving.
Equipment RMAs.
Imaging and configuring all computer assets on hand and refreshing usable recovered assets.
Maintaining computer stock and inventory for the client.
New user setups and new user ticket generation/handling
Exit equipment recovery co-ordination.
Asset Management updates for all processed equipment.
Support a centralised ptinter toner initiative (shipping and Ordering).
Managing the logistics for disposing of and/or refreshing the regions idle assets.
Updating Databases.
Project co-ordination for Hardware requests.
Originating and liaising with all parties for procurement requests.
Provide a validation point to insure techs and users receive requested items and provide proper ticket routing.
Scheduling equipment repair as needed.
Order new equipment and field user requests by performing research on new products.
Requirements: college graduate, 1 year minimum computer experience (technial support, desktop, helpdesk).
