| Job Description: |
An Eligibility Specialist is needed to perform intake and client services, data entry and analysis, program administration functions, and housing information and referral for Grace Church Community Center’s Short-Term Housing Assistance Program. The Eligibility Specialist will assist clients with completing applications to the program, generate check requests for rental and utility payments, manage payments to landlords and service providers, and track client services and other data for funder mandated reports using URS/ AIRS and MS Excel.

Skills Required:: |
A background in human services, with a working knowledge of substance use, HIV infection, and mental health issues is a must. Additionally, all applicants must have solid computer skills, and prior experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook on a daily basis. A strong preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience using URS/ AIRS. The ability to create and manage databases, work independently, and strong math skills are essential. An Associate’s degree or two years of college is strongly preferred. |
