Salary and Bonuses
¡E The salary paid depends on the teacher¡¦s degree(s), certification(s), and years of experience. It ranges from 55,000 NT to 96,600 NT per month.
¡E The amount of guaranteed annual bonuses is about 66,700 NT for 1st year teachers, and 103,000 NT for 2nd year teachers.
¡E The guaranteed salary and bonuses range in equivalence from 23,070 USD to 41,394 USD per year (according to the exchange rate of 31.50).
¡E Overtime teaching (beyond 8 hours per day or 22-24 class hours) pay is 600 NT per period.
¡E Kuei Shan also offers a contract renewal bonus (this amount is performance-based).
