Position: Shore Approach CSR/Pipeline Senior Engineer
Job Description:
O Reports to the OEPL package lead for the delivery of the Gumusut Oil Pipeline Shore Approach construction scope of work (USD 50 MM overall) safely, on budget and on-schedule
O Support on the internal and external stakeholder engagements associated withShore Approach including Pcsb, Kpoc and Government authorities – and implement follow on resolutions on site.
O Company Hse Lead for works associated with pipeline and shore approach.
O Monitor and administer the EPC contractor in his complying with the contract at the Shore Approach site.
O Responsible to deliver SIMOPS maturation and bridging HSE-MS document between SSPC and PCSB
O Responsible for managing and onboarding Shore Approach CSR, Field Engineers and HSE reps on site for SSPC
O Responsible for final delivery/as-built close outs of the Shore Approach works and associated TIV
O Custodian of Gumusut Oil Pipeline Shore Approach Risks
O Custodian of EIA and Social performance plan for shore approach activities
O Focal point for regulatory/permitting for Gumusut Oil Pipeline for shore approach area. |
Skills Required:: |
Job Qualification:
o Minimum of 10 years experience in Pipeline Engineering with 5 years in Civil works
o Track record of delivery of shore approach for major projects is highly desirable
