Provide an in-house independent service to support the Development Management Team with Quantity Surveying and related functions. Present Post Contract project cost control assistance and, evaluate and finalize costs in relation to all project instructions which may result in deviation from Contract Specification for nominated Projects. Provide assistance to the Development Team on interpretation of a design and build form contract. B.S in building studies or Quantity surveying is preferred and a minimum of 10 years of experience. Being an MRICS or AAQS is an advantage. |
