Our client is the largest provider of wireless handset insurance programs in North America. Currently they have over 5,000 employees company-wide. They are in eight countries and serve over 60 million wireless subscribers.
Job Description/Summary:
The candidate focuses on productivity/Quality enhancement working at a call center to provide support for a mobile insurance delivery service provided by NTT Docomo. He or she will be in charge of performance (KPI) development among the call center by aiming for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Data collection to improve performance in call center, data analysis, suggestions to improve business operations, internal/external negotiation, action, effective analysis
• Project leader for business improvement
• Operation Handling Business (escalation, leading, process build & improvement etc.)
Requirements:
• Aggregate data analysis (statistics), knowledge of analytical tools, experience using
o Regression, regression analysis, correlation analysis and practical experience
• Documentation skills
• Successful experience in business improvement (area not limited)
• Project management (Project leader, or aggressive project involvement)
• Problem-solving
Language Requirements:
Native Japanese
Beginner level of English (read and write) or better
Working Hours:
Shift working hours 9:00-20:00 (including weekend) 8hours/day + 1h break, Overtime (appx.30hours)

Skills:
• Call center management skills (insource and outsource management experience preferred)
• Knowledge and operation experience of contact center system, CRM (customer relationship management)
• Knowledge and operation experience of Six sigma, COPC
• MS Office Excel (more than mid level), Access (more than mid level), PPT (more than mid level) presentation material preparation
