Our client is the largest provider of wireless handset insurance programs in North America. Currently they have over 5,000 employees company-wide. They are in eight countries and serve over 60 million wireless subscribers.
Job Description/Summary:
This is an insurance reviewing business at a call center to provide support for a mobile insurance delivery service provided by NTT Docomo, which officially started its operation in July 2008. A high degree of difficulty is necessary to perform the quick and accurate operation with the primary goal of improving customer satisfaction. Some projects require speedy judgment calls and quick decision making.
Responsibilities:
• CS level improvement and maintenance is more than the objective goal required by SLA
• Decrease the Accident Rate down to the monthly target figure
Language Requirements:
Native Japanese
Beginner level of English (reading and writing) or better
Working Hours:
Shift working hours (8:45-17:45/11:15-20:15) / Overtime (20H/month)

Skills Required:: |
Requirements/Skills:
• Operator, SV experience at call center
• Credit management and compliance experience at financial firms
• Approved business experience at Credit companies etc
Character:
• Reasonable judgment in the credit aspect
• Flexibility to facilitate smooth communication
