Job Details
Primary Responsibilities:
• Architect and lead development of a highly innovative and scalable web-based content and asset management application
Required Skills & Background:
• 4-6 years of PHP system architecture and development
• Significant experience with the following:
o OO development within the LAMP stack
o MySQL database design and integration
o HTML, Javascript frameworks (jQuery a plus), CSS and Ajax
o Source control (SVN)
o Linux operating system
o Caching scenarios (memcached a plus)
• Experience creating and running unit tests
• Familiarity with open source content management systems a plus (such as Drupal and Joomla)
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Must be an effective communicator, highly-motivated and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a valuable contributor in an interactive team environment
