Our client is a leading building technologies manufacturing company with a wide range of products applied in residential, commercial and industrial markets. It has been a benchmark for quality in design, engineering and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
•Initiating and leading sales. Managing sales activities to achieve sales and financial targets.
•Region coverage includes: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines.
•Maintaining and expanding distribution channels. Directly responsible for dealership network.
•Implementing and executing group strategy in Asia region.
•Responsible for pricing, cost costing, sales budgeting and customer terms and conditions.
•Launching new products and achieving market penetration.
•Managing global and local key accounts through cross functional approach.
•Stimulate business relationship with local governments.
•Developing and maintaining positive liaisons with external contacts to gather market information.
•Overall South East Asia management.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Engineering, MBA is preferred.
•Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in HVAC control systems (preferred) or related building technologies.
•Comprehensive knowledge of sales management techniques and bidding processes.
•Proven track record of developing and supporting distribution networks throughout Asia
•In-depth knowledge of products, clients, buyers and suppliers in HVAC or related building systems.
•Previous experience or contacts with design institutes and engineering companies across the South East Asian region is an advantage.
•Previous experience on setting or growing up a team or organization is a must.
•Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•Financial and Inventory management experience is a plus.
•Commercial and organizational awareness
•Previous working and living experience outside China is a must
•Fluency in English is a must. Good command of any other Asian language is plus.
•Effective management skills and leadership. Strong motivation and coaching skills
•Sales and goal-oriented. Rational, consistent and high levels of integrity.
•Engaged, passionate and open for a long term commitment
•Understanding the big picture but also having a detail and hands-on approach in order to achieve company goals.
•Open to travel frequently, around 80%
