Across the board, we are looking for a Senior Community Manager who is forward thinking, energetic and has the potential to seize this opportunity to build the largest online network of students and educators.
Responsibilities of the Senior Community Manager would include:
- Personify target audiences to understand and enhance user generated content and users’ engagement in communities
- Manage a team of community managers and content writers to achieve quality content and community management
- Proofread the content developed by a team of content writers
Manage blogs, news articles, email campaigns and weekly newsletters
- Contribute to new topics and ideas for community & content development
- Monitor content and communities on LearnHub to ensure quality
Contribute to user-centered product ideas based on users’ response and feedback
