Seeking on-site Project Manager type to oversee construction activities on apartment construction project in Baku, Azerbaijan. Must be computer literate, use MS Office Suite (Word and Excel), be familiar with either MS Project or Primavera scheduling software, be independent, good communicator, orgainzed filing, be proactive in monitoring activities. Will not require active management of construction activities.
Possible 2 years+ position
Degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum 5 years experience in on-site construction office activities, or as Owner`s representative on construction projects, high-rise residential preferred.
Fluent in English language
Read and write Arabic or Turkish, helpful.
