Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Corporate Credit Consultant/Project Manager.
Duty station: Central Asia & South Caucasus
Job responsibilities:
* Advise financial institutions and commercial banks on strategic development of corporate and SME lending
* Work with client institutions on implementing innovative corporate and SME lending technology and procedures, loans monitoring and financial analysis
* Assist in credit structuring and product development
* Perform credit portfolio and risk analysis; recommend corrective actions
* Create effective risk monitoring and credit administration practices
* Introduce loan monitoring and reporting practices
* Train bank staff and middle management with specific focus on above areas
* Ensure successful delivery of consultancy projects
* Report regularly to BFC management on the status of project implementation

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years relevant international experience including consulting, banking and corporate finance
* Solid experience in leading positions involving managing large teams or projects
* Solid field experience of working in emerging markets
* Fluency in English; Knowledge of Russian and/or French is a strong asset
* Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure
* Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility, systematic and organized
* Cultural sensitivity
