We seek to fill the Brand Manager position for one of our clients, a multinational production company in FMCG sector, famous for its range of brands such as Fresh dairy products, baby nutrition, medical nutrition etc. Currently, company employs 76000 employees, who are being considered main architects of this success story, worldwide. In order to continue healthy growth of the business, company continuously expands its international operations.
Duties And Responsibilities:
•strategic Management of Brand, transforming country business strategies into brand strategies
•Local Brand Positioning via consumer studies
•Determination and implementation of appropriate Advertising Mix (Media, Promotion, PR, Event Marketing) for the brand
•Leading accuracy of Marketing Reporting
•Budgeting
•Financial Follow Up of the Brand

Skills Required:: |
•Minimum University Degree preferably from Business Administration/Economics from universities of Azerbaijan or abroad;
•Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in brand management at FMCG sector is a MUST;
•An open-minded, highly-organized, flexible, creative, confident team player with effective time-management, analytical & strategic-thinking skills;
•Able to demonstrate excellent planning, execution, communication and presentation skills;
•Competency in effective Media Management & basic trade marketing;
•Fluent in English, Russian and Azeri;
•Competent user of MS OFFICE software applications |
