Role IT Service Desk Engineer / IT Remote Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
• Will provide remote support in resolution of incidents
• will take complete ownership of incidents
• Will Records, Classify and Prioritize incidents
• Will Provide initial support for incidents
• will assign unresolved incidents to appropriate support groups
• Will monitor progress of incident resolution
• Will Provide progress updates to customers throughout the life cycle of an incident
• Will escalate open incidents beyond the timeline
• Will ensure that users are satisfied with the resolution and call closure
Needs to be flexible in terms of Shift timings. Will be required to work in Night shifts also.

Skills Required:: |
Qualification Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience 2 - 3 years
Skill Set Requirements
• Good Communication Skills (Bilingual – English/Arabic - Mandatory)
• Good Analytical Skills
• Good Customer Service Orientation
• Basic Hardware and Networking Fundamentals
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft Applications
• Good Desktop / Laptop / Printer Configuration Skills
• Basic knowledge on ITIL / ITSM (Certification preferred)
• Certifications – MCP/MCSA/MCSE – Preferred
