The Opportunity
As a Fluor leader, the Alliance Site Manager will provide a range of Operations and Maintenance services to safely deliver the best business solutions for our client through excellence in execution.
As the face of Fluor, the Alliance Site Manager will manage and lead our Maintenance and Capital Works contract scope, build working relationships and interfaces to ensure business success for our valued client.
This autonomous role will directly influence the strategic and tactical operations of the project scope, working within the client’s organisation to add value. Specifically, the Alliance Site Manager is accountable for the capability development, financial performance and efficient and effective delivery of the scope of services.

Skills Required:: |
To Succeed
You will be highly regarded for consistently making effective technical and commercial decisions in a complex environment, including project control measures and maintenance systems.
Your oil and gas experience will include demonstrable success in an Operations and Maintenance management position, and the associated risk management and decision making processes used.
You are confident in your judgement and risk assessment, have exceptional interpersonal skills and highly effective written and verbal communication proficiency.
You are accountable, communicative and passionate about safety, customer service, technical excellence and operational improvement.
Your background includes leading large groups of people, and you are confidently able to present and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders.
