Skills Required:: |
The interpretation of, and report production from Geohazards data sets. Technical project management plus proposal preparation, contracting, cost monitoring and invoicing aspects of the projects.They will assist with developing new business opportunities and models for growth. To build the necessary team of specialists, and hardware/software infrastructure to deliver services and products. Demonstrate strong intellectual leadership with high-level input and oversight of all technical work. Keep abreast of regional trends, future requirements and provide active participation in executive level meetings. The main requirements are a BSc. in Geophysics, Geology, or related subjects. Minimum of 15 years oil and gas industry experience, with relevant Geohazard experience, especially in risk assessment, and an understanding of drilling, foundation and subsea field development issues. The sucessful candidate will have good interpretation skills and the ability to manage large integrated Geohazard projects. They will have 2D and 3D workstation interpretation experience. Strong commercial awareness, strong reporting, communication and presentation skills. Salary of £50K - £80K GBP plus benefits package is offered, depending on skills and experience. There is some flexibility on base salary for a high calibre candidate. |
