Requirements:
To manage the development of Item for patent and Supervise R&D team.
To analysis the data and report to the Head of the R&D department.
Able to develop Compound Strong analytical problems solving skills
Able to generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems
Must be fluent in English

Skills Required:: |
- Doctoral degree in Chemical or Retired ex-R&D consultant position. - Min10+ years’ Chemical experience, with at least 15year Chemical industry in a Silicone - Possess Ph.D. or equivalent experience with a successful expertise in Chemical, Coating, Electronic R&D Company. *Attractive Remuneration -Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience. -Allowance: Provide Housing, Vehicle, and Families support (Children education fee) etc. -Overall compensation and benefit fully negotiable.
