| Job Description: |
My client is searching for bilingual Core Network Manager for an operational task of a large Rel. 99 and Rel. 4 NSN Hardware platform.
A proven experience is required for at least 5 years +
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the company’s operations & maintenance activities in support of our client’s business and operations in line with procedures, guidelines and instructions to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained within approved budgets and constraints.
Operations
Develop and ensure proper implementation of operating processes and procedures, controls and guidelines to ensure that resources are optimally managed to maintain agreed Service Levels
Ensure complete and adequate recording and reporting of all operations and maintenance activities
Direct and manage staff resources to ensure that agreed Service Levels are maintained, including adequate delegation to ensure day to day supervision of staff
Manage local operating costs and expenses within agreed budget, meeting operating budget, quality, service level and time targets
Undertake periodic risk analyses and internal audits to ensure that service levels are maintained
Pro-actively responding to critical issues by escalating promptly and accurately with recommended actions
Manage occupational health and safety issues
Organize, manage, motivate and develop team in-country in line with business objectives and obligations.
Qualifications:
University level education (telecom-engineering)
Training & experience in GSM core network (NSS) operations & maintenance
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, plus at least 3 years of management experience, in a similar operations & maintenance management role
Experience in working in developing economies, especially in the Middle East
Knowledge of English and Arabic
Excellent communication skills, reporting skills and analytical skills
