Dorsey Bruce & Associates has recently been engaged by Astrum Hearing Solutions, a leading national service provider of hearing care solutions is experiencing tremendous growth and will be opening many
locations throughout the US in the upcoming months. Due to quick growth, there are Full-Time and Part-Time openings for talented individuals in our Lawton, Muskogee, Enid, Shawnee, Oklahoma, Houston, Tyler, Waco, Longview, Richardson, Dallas, Corpus Christi, McAllen, Harlingen, and Louisiana, as well as nationwide openings in retail locations that include Audiologist, Hearing Counselors and Retail Operations.
The Retail Hearing Counselor (RHC) is responsible for actively identifying potential customers and/or sources that could yield potential customers, making the customer aware of the products and services Client company offers, and ultimately scheduling appointments. He or she must be engaging, motivational, outgoing person who can confidently approach potential customers and persuasively communicate information that will lead them to purchase store products and/or services, if appropriate.
The Retail Hearing Coordinator manages scheduling of hearing evaluations and sale of hearing aids via mail, telephone fax, and email. Other duties include; manages patient communication throughout entire sales cycle, receives incoming calls from patients and make outbound calls to follow up on patient’s progress, processes requests for product returns, services, program benefits, status of order, status of provider, handles calls concerning products, services program benefits, status of order, schedules patient appointments in scheduling tool, and manage workload via Sales CRM application. In summary, Retail Hearing Coordinator maintains day-to-day store operations.
Ideal candidates will be bi-lingual and have excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality and a "can do attitude". BS or combination of education is a plus, but not required. Must possess HS Diploma or GED. Prefer face to face customer services, any medical background, proficient PC skills, sales experience-productivity goals/targets, liaison with Retail store experience, and excellent communication skills.
