Trainer & Instructional Developer

The successful applicant will form part of a team responsible for delivering and developing training materials for a suite of banking-related products. The training materials include, but are not limited to, participant manuals, trainer manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and software demonstrations, as well as ancillary materials such as virtual machine–based training environments.
Requirements:
• The ability to coordinate and execute training sessions at client sites around the world.
• The ability to interact with clients in a manner that conveys professionalism.
• The ability to present technical training in an accessible yet authoritative way.
• Willingness to travel extensively internationally to deliver training.
Experience:
• Software development experience is a strong recommendation
• Teaching or corporate training experience.
• Familiarity with concepts such as topic-based writing, DITA and SCORM adv.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years relevant work exp.
