Job Description
Administration & configuration of all AIX servers
Administer Websphere and Websphere MQ
DB2 knowledge is an advantage
Provide first level support to all infrastructure issues on desktop and server application.
Trouble shooting of infrastructure related problems, application of remedial fixes/solution and co-coordinating with vendors where necessary to resolve such problems
Provide first level network administration, configuration and monitoring of LAN/WAN equipment
Maintenance of Hardware/ Software Inventories
Provide daily helpdesk end user support.
Provide support to all implementation activities that impacts the technology infrastructure in the organisation
