Our client is a US global investment and technology development firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. The firm has earned a worldwide reputation for financial innovation, technological leadership.
The company is looking for an extremely talented technology specialist to provide direct support to the firm｡ｦs chairman. The candidate will work closely with highly skilled IT systems staff and will be responsible for meeting the chairman｡ｦs short- and long-term technical needs.
Some responsibilities include:
ベ Both on-site and off-site related work
ベ Telephone support for technology-related needs of the firm｡ｦs chairman;
ベ installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices;
ベ management of desktop technology-related research projects; identification and recommendation of process improvements;
ベ testing and evaluating products and solutions that may enhance the Chairman｡ｦs efficiency and productivity;
ベ monitoring the progress of technical projects assigned to other groups;
ベ training of the backup technical support staff;
ベ Involvement in the firm wide technology projects which are not directly related to the chairman.
The successful candidate should be well-versed in communications and audio-visual technology such as Blackberry, video conferencing, etc. Programming ability is an advantage, but is not required. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding organizational and project management skills. |
