The role is to take telephone calls to drive sales opportunities for client. There will be activities such as event attendance,profling, driving, driving awareness of channel development programs .
Scope of Role:
Responsible to take telephone enquiries in order to increase awareness of client`s products or services.
To handle all data cleansing, data discovery, event registration, event recruitment
Salary : RM 2500 – RM 3500 .

Requirements:
Diploma and above
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels within an organization.
Ability to manage change within an organisation and team in order to meet business goals and objectives.
Minimum 1-3 years Inside Sales and/or Outbound Telemarketing Sales experience.
Ability to use the desktop computer system.
Demonstrated experience in customer care situations.
Ability to work within call centre environment.
Experience in talking with customers via the telephone.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills with the ability to communicate correctly and clearly.
Required language(s): English(is a must) and Vietnamese
Proven sales skills with previous experience in solutions selling and opportunity identification.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathise aswell as prioritise customers need.
Strong decision making skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and awareness of the escalation process.
Typing speed of 30-40 words per minutes
