| Job Description: |
We are currently have exciting opportunities for experienced level 3 mobile phone customer returns technicians to join our team in Kuwait.
Principal responsibilities;
· Faultfinding of mobile phones to component level
· Supporting level 1 and 2 technicians to improve quality
· Assist with process improvements
· Improve quality of output from assigned line
· Reporting in process improvements.
Key skills
· Proven faultfinding experience on at least one of the following manufacturers; Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Sharp. Samsung
· High volume mobile phone handset repair experience gained in major repair centre.
· Trained and approved by at least one manufacturer
· Good English communication skills both written and verbal
· Team player mentality
· Must have a recognised electronics qualification or sufficient relevant experience
· Must be able to interpret technical drawings.
· Ability to use and train individuals on all RF test / repair equipment
· Must have working knowledge in a quality discipline
· Ideally had experience in training and mentoring
· Be able to have high standard of work and attention to detail
